Processing,  Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to process & ship my order?

Unless otherwise requested, we aim to process & ship your item within 1-2 working days. If you’re in the UK and need your item for the next day, however, simply drop us a message and we’ll see what we can do!

Do you offer Expedited (Super Speedy!)  Shipping Internationally?

Yes! Expedited shipping is available for all countries. Please contact us for an idea of timescales & costs.


Can I track my order?

This all depends on the shipping option selected at checkout :)
In order to offer buyers a low-cost shipping option, standard delivery does not come with the option to track. However, if you’d like to send your item via a tracked service, make sure to select this at checkout or contact us asap after a sale.
All orders over £75.00 will be sent via a tracked service at no extra cost.


Can I cancel my order?

Not a problem! However, please do this as soon as possible after you have placed your order. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. You can, however, return the product once it has been received (see below).


Do you accept returns?

Yes! If you aren’t fully happy with your item(s), please contact us to arrange this.
A refund will be processed as soon as we receive the item back and it is in a resalable condition. We are not responsible for return postage however.

Please note, we cannot accept the return of custom made items.


What happens if my item arrives damaged?

This very seldom happens, however, we would ask that when you  contact us, you also provide details of the damage and include photographs of the item and packaging so that we can look into the issue further.


My item hasn’t arrived – what should I do?

Occasionally, items do take longer than the recommended timeframe due to postal delays and customs. Please leave an additional 7 days before contacting us.


Am I able to view your products in my own currency?

We currently offer the option for users to toggle between our most popular currencies – GBP, USD & EUR using the ‘Select Your Currency’ on each page.
Whilst these rates are continuously updated using the Open Exchange Rate, they are purely on-site estimates only. All transactions & refunds will be made in the base currency – GBP.


Caring for my items

Jewelry; Necklaces, charm bracelets & earrings

All of our jewelry is made from zinc alloy which is both lead and nickel free.
Despite its hardwearing nature, all metals will naturally tarnish over time and therefore we do recommend that you remove any jewelry; necklaces, bracelets & earrings before bed and especially before showering to prolong its lifespan.
